07/01: Caldbeck-Penrith (on bike), via Greystoke (Greystoke Cycle Cafe) and Stainton (The Alpaca Center)

07/02: Penrith-Kendal (on train or bus), and on to Sedbergh (on bike): Fairfield Mill Center

07/03: on to Middleham (by car, probably)

07/04: Le Tour de France

07/05: Back to York

07/06: Back to France
